Teradata C++ User Defined Functions [on hold]
I am writing a Teradata UDF in C++ . I need to access configuration tables from within the UDF so that a connection can be created between the UDF and Thrift Client, the information present in the configuration table is not accessible to a normal user and can only be accessed by the UDF, I do not want to hard code the port-number,hostname,etc into my code. Is there a way to access the data of an external table from inside the UDF??
